These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the CheckIt Up mobile application and related services provided by Quiniou-Studio ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading or using CheckIt Up, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property and Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the app and services, including trademarks, logos, branding, content, and software, are owned by Quiniou-Studio and/or its licensors.

You may use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

CheckIt Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for your specific use case. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiniou-Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

5. CheckIt Up Pro Subscription

This section applies if you purchase CheckIt Up Pro or any paid features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and grant access for the active billing period.

Unless otherwise specified in your purchase flow, CheckIt Up Pro currently includes up to 150 projects, up to 250 users per project, and up to 50 steps per task.

If your subscription is purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by those platforms under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by app stores.

We may change subscription pricing in the future. Any change will apply according to the rules of the relevant platform and applicable law.
